Due to after-effects of a major winter weather event on December 23/24th, including up to -20-degree windchills, unbeknown to me, one of my water lines had frozen & burst in the crawl space, causing water damage to wooden floors upstairs in the dining room & kitchen. When I called HP Plumbing & Mechanical Monday morning, I was instructed to turn off the water immediately. They arrived that afternoon & replaced the pipe, one man standing in at least 8 inches of extremely cold water in the crawl space while the other man tried to feed the new pipe through the wall. Thanks for your quick response and hard work guys!! I highly recommend HP Plumbing & Mechanical for your plumbing needs. ~ Julie E

If you need a plumber HP and Mechanical is not a good company. They do not stand by there services. The plumber that came to my home installed the garbage disposal incorrectly and said I needed an electrician. I called an electrician and to my surprise, was told the installation was done incorrectly. I called the company and explained my situation and was told that someone would call me back. The electrician also spoke with the person who answered my call that day and explained what had happened. To date, I have never received a phone call and each time I call there’s a reason why I can’t talk to someone in charge. I had to pay $450 for the garbage disposal and another two hundred dollars for the electrician whom I didn’t need in the first place. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience was fantastic. Billie answered my call while she was heading to the office. She said she would call back . She did. I told her what I needed to be done. With in minutes she gave me a quote and set an appointment for the following morning. She was very cordial on the phone and pleasant to deal with. My installer was Jeff. I would best describe him as " the plumbers plumber" He texted me a 7:30 and arrived abt 45minutes. Within about 2 hrs he had the job completed. His workmanship was great. He was most friendly. I felt like I knew him forever. This company does just talk customer service ; they give it. You get the feeling they want to do the job and do it right for a reasonable price. It is exactly what they did. They came in with a price that was thousands of dollars below there competitors. Needless to say they will be called for any future repairs. ~ Rocco d

Our water heater rusted out and began leaking very badly without a shutoff valve and temps around 10 my being a disabled vet needed help fast. From the first conversation with customer service to the plumbers themselves it's prayers come true.. thank you so much. Mike and Dawn. ******Today, 6-4-25 Manny arrived to repair a leaking faucet in our shower. He was not only very courteous but also very knowledgeable and made the repair needed but explained what he had done and what may be a issue in the future. Manny and Reed with HP Plumbing and Mechanical installed a new water heater in my house today. I cannot rave enough about how amazing these two gentlemen are. They were both so nice, respectable, professional, and did an amazing job. This company has earned my business based on these two technicians they have working for them. Manny also looked at another plumbing issue I have and told me exactly what I needed and how much it would cost to repair. I will be calling to schedule that soon. HP Plumbing & Mechanical arrived promptly and went right to work replacing a broken part on our geothermal unit. They are very conscientious about doing a good job. They even improved the connections so that they are all copper instead of the brass to copper as all copper is less likely to corrode. They work quickly and efficiently while still maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. The cost for the repair was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company! ~ Jennifer H

They arrived almost exactly on time is when they said they were going to. The young man was very nice and kind. He used two machines on my main sewer line of the first one. I could hardly hear at all and the second one wasn't very loud either. However, I do have a basement. It was very surprising at how quiet the work was as it was being done. I'm very satisfied, this is the second time I've used this company and I will very likely be using them again in the future. ~ Bex84 O

I am so thankful for HP plumbing! I had waterlines bust and was able to get them to come out within a matter of a few hours to fix it! And not only did they fix it, but they double checked it and they made sure that their work was thorough and complete! The gentleman that came to work were so polite and professional. Additionally, I’m beyond thankful that they’re pricing is very reasonable because what could have been a family crisis turned out to be less stressful ~ Kelly M

Manny arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of PLUMBING. I asked him about. He replaced my kitchen faucet in record time with no issues. He was very polite and even helped me fix my dog collar. I recommend HP PLUMBING and Manny. They will be the ones I call if I need Help with PLUMBING issues in the future. I called with a back-up issue at 0900. They (Manny and Reid) arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Thoroughly explained what they would attempt to do to resolve the issue and gave pricing info upfront before even starting. The two gentlemen were easy to talk to and very polite. They completed the job, cleaned their tools and work area and departed after making sure everything was as requested. Excellant crew! ~ Chris H

HP Mechanical has performed work several times for my small business. They are easily reachable by phone, good about returning calls if necessary, prompt, and I have been satisfied with all work performed. I feel that their prices have been fair, and that they were good about keeping me informed throughout the work process. I will definitely use HP Mechanical again. ~ Dave A

Josh came by to do a quote on some repair work for a house I was looking to purchase. He was able to do so on short notice, was thorough, and noticed things that even my home inspection service missed. Josh saved me from buying a money pit and when I need plumbing work done in the future HP Plumbing (and Josh specifically) will be the first number that I call. ~ Travis N

Ed and Josh really helped us get our dryer up and running and even patched up some missing piping during the week we had several inches of snow and ice. They made quick work of solving the issues we had that made our dryer overheat for weeks. Additionally, Ed fixed one of our bathroom sinks that had been leaking for weeks and now it runs perfectly. Had all of our water pipes replaced. HP P&M personnel were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked quickly and quietly. They let us know step by step what was going on, including a minor delay while dealing with a piece of equipment failing. Still finished the job ontime and for less than I was quoted! The staff are friendly. Fast appointment time. Reid Arrived on time and is very knowledgeable and helpful showing what he was doing. Replaced the tilet float and shut off valves and new water line hoses to sink. I will have Reid back to update my bathroom shower & tub faucet in a few months. This is the best plumbing company i have ever used. They came the same day and fixed the issue. Then a day later i had another problem and they came out the same day and fixed it too.the worker is nice and polite and clean up after them selves. They tell you how much it will cost before the fix it. I will definitely be calling them when i have a plumbing issue ~ Elaine N

Great service and a job well done! Woke up on Sunday morning and heard water running. Not good. Apparently the outside faucet broke during the night and water had been running for hours. We got it stopped temporarily and on Tuesday they showed up early, assessed the problem and was done in less than an hour. ~ Sandra V

Same day service for a hot water tank leak. Was able to fit me in and got my taken care of in less than 15 minutes. The person answering phones was polite and helpful. The tech, Manny, showed up on time and he was kind as well. Reasonably priced considering same day service and fully back to functioning. Happy with my experience! ~ Diedra H

HP did a great and efficient job! They showed up early, and kept me aware of what they were doing and finding the entire way. Not only did they fix the toilets (the reason I called them), but they also discovered and fixed the bigger reason why I was having problems. 🔥 Literally amazing. They came, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 1 hour. We had a plumber from another company come a week before them. I pointed out the problem to him, he was here for 3 hours and still got it wrong, which caused an extra week’s worth of water damage. We’ll be using HP again. ~ Dee K

HP came and installed a new sink and faucet set and added shut off valves on the water pipes under the sink. We were pleased with the work, the ease and promptness of scheduling the work. Positive experience all around. They also installed a water heater for us a few years ago. I would definitely recommend this company. ~ TM P
